Ariel

The Little Mermaid

Ariel is the first princess to stray away from being perfect. The little Mermaid was released November 17th 1989. She was the youngest of seven daughters. Her father was the great and all mighty king Triton, ruler of the sea. She was different from all of her sisters though, she was fascinated with people and life on land. She wanted so bad to be apart of their world that she collected items from that the people had dropped into the water and put them all in an under water secret cave that no one knew about but her and her best friend flounder.

Underwater

Flounder

Flounder is Ariels best pal. Despite his name, this little guy is not an actual flounder, he is a tropical fish. He is always there for her, no matter how big of a scaredy fish he is. Flounder has been by her side in all her mischievous adventures to the surface, and even when he has been being chased buy a shark he was there.

Sebastian

Sebastian was the kings right hand man, and also a wounderful composer. One day when the king found out that his daughter had gone to the surface again, he assigned Sebastian to watch over Ariel and he finds out about her fasination with the surface world. No matter how hard he tries to covince her that the sea floor is better, she doesn't listen. Sebastian is with her when she firsts meets prince Eric and fall's inlove with him. He promises not to tell her father as long as she forgets about him.

King Triton

King Triton notices a change in his daughter, he can tell she has fallen inlove. He calls on Sebastian to tell him what is going on, and he accidently reveals that Ariel has fallen inlove with a human. Naturally the king is enraged. Sebastian takes him to Ariel's secret hide out with all of her human goods, and they come to see a statue of Prince Eric that Flounder was giving her. The King destroys all of his daughters precious colection and leaves still enraged and she stays crying in the cave.

Ursula

Ursula is the evil sea witch that at one point lived in the palace with Triton, but he took over and banished her. Ever since she had been looking for a way to get back at the king. So after she saw eveything happen between Triton and Ariel, she sent her eels to fetch her. They brought Ariel back to her. There Ursula acted sypathetic towards princess Ariel, but it was all apart of her trap. She talked Ariel into trading her voice to have legs for three days, and if her lover did not kiss her within three days, her soul belonged to Ursula.

On Land

Once the deal with the Sea witch was final, Ariel's tail was replaced by a pair of legs. When she got ashore she found some old rags to cover herself up with, and sabastian stayed with her the entire time on land. She waited for her prince to find her, but it didn't take lone before his dog Max smeled her and came running and barking towards her. Ariel went to introduce herself, but then she remembered she no longer had a voice. Eric took her inside and made her his guest.

Prince Eric

Eric was Ariel's dream guy. He was everything she ever wanted. He loved her but didn't realize it was her because all he could remember was her voice that she no longer had. Eric took Ariel all over town for her to meet the people of his kingdom. Later he took her on a boat ridein a river. Sebastian got all the land and sea creatures to sing in hopes that he would kiss her.

The sea witch sent her eels to watch over it, and right as Eric was about to kiss her, they flipped the boat. It was too close for Urulas comfort, so she decided to step in. She transformed herself into a beautiful women and used Ariels voice to lure him in and hypntize him into thinking she was the one that he was searching for the entired time.

When that morning came Eric comanded that him and his mystery girl were to be married. When Ariel found out she was crushed and didnt know what to do. She watched the marriage boat sail away into the sunset. But her seagull friend Scuttle flew by and saw the sea witches reflection in the mirror. He flew and told Ariel what he had witnessed. Flounder and Sebastian helped her swim after the boat, while Scuttle got an army of land and sea animals together to stall the wedding. They Animals ruined the wedding, and gave Ariel hervoice back.

Eric was broken from his trans, and realized Ariel was the one he was searching for. When he went to kiss her the sunset, and Ariels time as a human was over. Ursula then changed back into her normal self and drug Ariel to the bottem of the ocean where king Triton and Sebastain where waiting for her. Since Ariel had singed a legal contract her father couldnt do anything about it. Then the witch offered him a deal Ariel's soul, for his. He took the deal trying to prtect his daughter. Once he singed off Ursula became the Queen of the ocean and held the power. Eric swam down to try to get Ariel back because he didnt want to loose her again, but in that process he shot a harpoon at Ursula and she got upset and grew to be a giant. She commanded the ocean and the sky to be terrible and formed a whirl pool where she trapped Ariel. While The new Queen wasn't taking attention, prince Eric impaled her with a ship. Once the Sea witch was dead every soul she had taken was set free, including the King.

King Triton realized not all humans were bad and that Ariel would never be happy in the sea while the boy who she loved was on land. So he did what any loving father would have done, and gave his daughter her legs back and gave them his blessing.

The next day Ariel and Eric where rightfully married. All the kingdom of the land and sea were happy to see their royals happy. The sea may not get to see Ariel all the time, but her heart is still woth those down there that she loves. Her and Prince Eric lived Happily Ever After.
