Belle

Beauty and the Beast

Belle was different then any Princess before her, she enjoyed knowledge and loved reading.Beauty and the Beast was released November 22nd 1991. Belle was unlike any girl in her town, she was an inventors daughter who always had her nose in the books. She didn't care what people had to say about her, but knew what she liked doing. Every knew she was the most beautiful girl in town and anyone who had her as a wife was a lucky man. But she didn't care to be married just then. She wanted to travle and see the world rather then being stuck in one place

Her Life

She would go into town everyday to the book store, and pass the same poeple doing the same things day by day. Everyone whould talk about her because to them, she was strange. Women did not read, and didn't dream of daring sword fights, far of kingdoms, and princes. All the men thought she was beautiful and every man wanted her as a wife, espacially Gaston.

Gaston

Gaston was the local meat head that all the girls adored. He was an avid hunter who adored belle. She denied him though, she thoguht he was rude, arrogent, and full of himself. Every women in the town thought she was crazy for denying the most handsom man and best hunter in the whole village.He swore that he would marry her no matter what, and wouldn't let anyone or anything stand in his way.

Maurice

Maurice was Belle's inventor father. The townspeople all call him crazy,but Belle loves him very much and believes in him. He wandered into the woods on the way to a convention and got lost. He was chased by a pack of wolves and found himself teking shelter in an old castle where her met some new friends, and came face to face with the beast.

Later that day her horse Philpee comes and finds her. When Belle see's him she knows that something has happened to her father. So she jumps onto his back and he takes her to where her father is.

The Castle

She finds the castle, and as soon as she sets foot in all the household items start gossiping that she may be to one who is o break the curse that was placed on them all many years ago. Belle finds her father in a dungeon cell calling her name. He is concerned that she will get caught, and she does. The beast refuses to let him go, but she makes him a deal that if he lets her father go, then she will stay, and of course the beast accepts.

Beast

The beast is a prince who is transformed into a beast by a beautiful enchantress as punishment for his selfish ways. He is not like any creature known to man with his monstrous appearance. The only way for him and the others in the castle to return to being human is for the beast to genuinely fall in love with a women, and have her fall in love with him in the beastly state. All muct be done before the magical rose looses its last peddle on his twenty first birthday. The beast is suprised at how she is willing to take her fathers place in the castle. From the begining he has a sort of soft spot for belle because he knows she may be the one to set him free of the spell.

Cogsworth

The castle butler and Lumiere's best friend, who has been transformed into a clock with the curse. While he is as good-natured as Lumiere, he is extremely loyal to the Beast. He is afraid of making the beast upset because he knows of his masters temper.

Lumiere

Lumiere is a kind-hearted but rebellious butler of the Beast's castle, who has been transformed into a candlestick. He doesn;t care about master's strict rules, sometimes causing problems, but the master often turns to him for advice. Lumiere is a romantic and believes that Belle is the key to breaking the spell. He does everything he can to keep her comfortable and feeling at home.

Mrs. Potts and Chip

Mrs. Potts is the castle cook and maid, turned into a teapot. She is always giving Belle motherly advice and helping her with the beast.

Chip is the son of Mrs. Potts turned into a tea cup. He is always so clumbsy and loves being around Belle because she is so pretty.

After Belle refused to go to dinner she stared wandering around the castle. She found herself in the forbinden West Wing where the master beast stays. She started looking aroung and meesing with his belongings. He was furious tah she had come into the wing after being warned not to and he fritened herso bad that she grabbed Philipee and rode off into the snow storm. Belle didn't get to far when she was surrounded by pack of wolves. She and Philipee tried to run, but they cornered them. Belle flew from the horse and started trying to defend him with a stick, but there werre to many. Just when she thought she was done for, the Beast showed up and fought all the wolves off. The beast got badely wounded, so she had Philipee carry him back to the castle where she took care of him.

Normally people wound be scared if the beast was yelling at them, but Belle decided not to be scared and stand up to him. He had never had someone stand up to him like that so the beast didnt quite know how to take it. This was the first sign of her really being the one to break the spell. Belle was able to do what no one else had the courage to ever do, and for that he respected her.

Belle started getting used to life in that castle, and started to become happy again. The beast fell in love with her and wanted to show her how much he loved her, so he gae her the library with thousands of books for her to read. Everything started getting better and better. Day by day their feeling for each other grew. They fead the birds together, had snowball fights, and even read together. It was obvious that something was going on between them.

Meanwhile

Back in the village Gaston was still bitter about Belle denying him. He hated the fact that he couldnt have her, so he hatched an idea. He would bribe the head of the insane asylum to throw Maurice into the loony bin, and then he would tell Belle that the only way that her father would be set free would be to marry him.

Maurice was on his way to the castle to get his daughter back since no one else in the village would help him.

She Left

The beast released her to go be with her father. When she fiund him in the woods they both returned home. Later there was a knock on the door and it was the towns folk trying to take him to the crazy barn. Gaston offers the solution of marrying him, but she refueses to agree. So she proves her fauther isn't crazy with the mirror that he had given her.

Gaston then started telling lies about the beast making him sound vicious and evil. He said that the beast would eat the children and is a menace to the village and had to be stopped. Gaston locked Belle and Maurice in the celler, and lead a riot to the castle to kill the beast. They marched through the woods straight up to the castle door. Chip was the hero who let them out, but meanwhile at the castle the invaders where putting up a decent fight against the household items, but not good enough. It wasn't long until they retreated. But Gaston had slipped away to kill the beast. By the time Belle had gotten there Gastin had shot the beast with an arrow, but he wanted to die until the beast saw Belle, and after that he fought because he knew he had a reason to live. Belle loved him, and he loved Belle. Once She admitted she loved him, the spell was broken and the beast was now the handsme prince he was before, but better, because he was now a kind hearted man. The kingdom returned to how i originally was. And they lived Happily Ever After.
